“Working with Crystals, Stones, and Fossils has always felt like “home” . Ever since I was a tot, the mineralogical world has been knocking at my door. With parents who owned a rock shop business of their own they were so very rooted to studying and finding The fossils and minerals of the world. I laugh now at the fact that they had me cleaning fossilized dinosaur eggs at the age of 4. As a little girl I remember so clearly going to “rock shows” with a wagon of peacock ore.. Going from vendor to vendor passionately trying to find homes for the vivid rainbow stones! I think about that now and how that moment is so mirrored in the present.”
Jessica has always enjoyed being in the artistic realm. From art show awards in high school to Art being her college major . . she then decided to untether from formal education regarding such. With art always on her side and a lifetime of customer service under her belt - She began selling her art . Right along with that came the integration of stones.
“As i found the calling to spread my art, it happened so organically that stones just had to be a part of it. I became so intrigued with wire wrapping stones specifically. I held on to each individual piece of earth feeling its vibrations and how it might look most artistically pleasing. I sometimes felt metaphysically, the stones would want to be paired with others. It’s amazing now, because as i sell my creations, its like each one has its own unique home. Someone who it calls to either physically, or metaphysically!”
After 8 years of working with stone and wire, Jessica now is full time Jewelry Artist and Stone Consultant . If youre looking for a spirit driven creation, or something more geared towards your personal needs - Jessica loves helping anyone connect with stones in the way they see fit.
“Selling for me is all about developing personal relationships now. I tried Etsy and many outlets to sell my work but what i really feel like the stones deserve, and WE deserve.. Is personal connection. Lets not forget the #1 thing stones may bring us - and thats an agreeance that the earth is beautiful and deserves our respect. “
